Uber India — too high fare deducted

I took trip on 13th June for less than 5km journey and it was Uber go with Delhi NCR pass.. so it should charge around 79rs . But driver did not stop the trip once I get down at my drop off location and around after 4 hours, I received message of 1258 rs deduction from my Paytm account..

I have raised help request in Uber app.. but they are too slow to respond.. after 2 days, replied with they will review.. that’s it .. now it is one week and no refund made and no communication..
