I have the UBER app installed on my OnePlus One Cyanogen phone and while it has worked perfectly until now, it abruptly stopped a couple of days ago. I have made an official complaint through the proper format but there has been no response from the company. I am unable to get to the screen where the trip can be planned. It stops with showing the map of the whole world but does not get into the functions The payment details, Trip details, etc are all missing Uninstalled and reinstalled the app, cleared the cache but nothing works. Uber India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. May 06, 2017 Jinga Apps's response I am still waiting on UBER for any updates., . all they have send is a response : This is Ratnakar from Incidence response team. Under no circumstances the driver partner should not contact any of his riders post the trip. Thank you for bringing this to our notice. I will personally follow up with your driver partner so that the situations such as these don't repeat. Safety and comfort is something we look at priority for both our parties. I also appreciate you for avoiding any argument that could have cropped up. We take issues like this extremely seriously and we want you to be confident that when you request your ride through Uber that your driver will be truly professional. I appreciate you taking the time to bring this to our attention. Please let me know if you have any other concerns or if there is anything else I can do for you. Unable to use the given promo code while travelling by Uber services. For past two days I have raised complain but no one is responding. Promo code BBSRHOT75 to get 75 % off on travel.
