I want refund for trip on july 31st, 2019. Auto driver came to pick me up and then denied to start the trip as he wanted payment in cash. I only do online transaction. He reacted on this and started abusing. This man is rude and used abusive language. Uber you are supposed to protect your customers. Don't you check background of drivers?? This man can hit any rider or maybe do something worst. Uber has not returned my money. Neither investigated this issue. Shame on uber. Was this information helpful? | |

I had ordered on uber eats on 31 july 2019. Time 1 33 pm. The order didnt got placed by my money was deducted by zaac epayment services mumbai. I called uber eats and they reponded like nothing was charged for the order. But 158 rupees got debited from my account number. I am attaching the screenshot for the same.

When I tried to place a food order from Uber Eats India, 147.89/- Money was deducted from my account but no order was places and also no order is showing neither did I receive anything. I would like my refund immediately. Kindly look into it. Also I can’t find anyway to contact them. Please help..

For 2 trips today, Ghaziabad to Noida and back (without entering Delhi) Uber has recovered toll from me Rs.231 for each trip. No option in Uber App to register exact complaint and therefore no refund, even for illegal activity. God help. Subhendu Khandai
