Uber India — Uber cab driver fraud in Hyderabad

My sisters issue. Today she booked a cab twice and the cab driver cancelled the booking and she had to pay rupees 53 each time. I have all the proofs to show that the drivers cancelled both the times. On top of this, they were extremely unprofessional!! Is this what we expect from the brand name uber??
