Hi,
I booked a ride on October 8, 2025, from Marol Andheri. While traveling, I added one stop in the middle to the route, which showed the increased fare, which I accepted. Later on, that driver didn't take the first stop route, which was added, and ended the trip directly to the 2nd stop, with the updated fare. which is higher than what is shown. The driver asked me to get down because he would not take me to the destination as his app showed it had ended, and on my app, it's showing it has ended at the stop at the same time. When I asked for help from Uber, they said the fare showing is correct, we won't change it, also there is nothing they are doing for the driver's inappropriate behaviour.
