Uber India — Uber instead o[censored]ber Black

I booked an Uber Black and instead get a normal dirty filthy Uber Cab. Trying to reach their customer care but the number displayed on their website is non functional and one of them is just an IVR where you can speak your concern. There is no real time help or redressal available. I need to get a full refund of this trip and also file a complaint of harassment and poor service in this trip booked on mobile number [protected] on 05 November 2025. In fact the money being charged is for Uber Black but the cab is normal. This is cheating.
