Uber India — uber levied cancellation charges. though we have paid cash to driver

UBER Driver - Balasupramanian Saravanan who picked us from home and dropped us in MGR Chennai Central railway station at 5:05 AM on 14-September-2025.
He collected cash from us for Rs.665 and marked the trip as CANCELLED. The car was Maruthi Shift Desire.

Now, UBER has levied cancellation charges of Rs.520 which not right.
UBER does not have contact center for customers to speak grievances on the cheating by drivers. We are now forced to pay Rs.520.

We have to cancel such fraud driver's licenses not just removing them from UBER.
