1) on 14th dec 2017, i had booked uber from mylocation jp nagar to majestic bus stand at around 4:25am.
2) within minutes or so i got a call from the driver via phone number:[protected] at 4;28am, but the driver suddenly hangup
3) i immeditaely called the driver on the same number, the driver picked up and asked about destination details and said he will come at my place asap.
4) i waited for around 10 mins but did not get any calls from the driver and he did not reach my place, i called the driver 4 times via uber number[protected]
But he did not respond.
5) finally i was getting late as i had to pickup my mother from majestic bus stand, so i thought of booking another cab and was about to cancel the trip and was looking for the correct option (Reason) for cancelling the cab, when i suddenly saw rs 43/- deducted frm my account.
6) i feel harassed and cheated, as first of all i had to go through this agony, unessary waiting and then finally amount being deducted from my account. So i kindly request to refund my amount and penalties for the agony i had to go through. Please take action asap.
7) also in such cases where the fault is entirely from the driver side, you should have correct reason in the “cancel reason list” which one needs to choose for cacnellig the trip
8) another surpriseing thing was cancellation was done even before i could opt for the cancelllation reason. Was this information helpful? |
