Driver’s name: mohan G. Driver’s mobile number: +91 [protected] H. Trip cancelled by: driver (Mohan) I. Cancelation charge: rs. 42. 2. Incidence-2 A. Date: 17.01.2018 B. Time: 10:49 a. M. C. My mobile number: [protected] D. Cab allocated: maruti suzuki wagon-r E. Driver’s name: mahavir F. Driver’s mobile number missed it. G. Trip cancelled by: driver (Mahavir) H. Cancellation charge: rs. 42 In both the cases the cab did not reach me. Instead, they went to a wrong location. The trip was cancelled by driver not by me and in both cases, they demanded cancellation charge of rs. 42. I want to know, what was my fault? Dr. M. S.
