Uber India — Unknown charging | |||||
I have charged inr 289.87 on june6, 2017 at 9.49 pm from my paytm account for an unknown ride. After contacting paytm, they have responded that uber is solely responsible for charging any trip and paytm is not responsible for that. They advised me to contact uber care. Now, contacting uber care is hopefully the most irritated one. They don't have a proper customer care, there is no toll free number or any contact point. After contacting through their help app, i got responded after 3 days, and some of 4-5 representatives have asked me the same question without any kind of clarification. I gave all the details and asked about the details of the charging. Again, as there is no such trip registered on behalf of me, i asked them to provide the trip details. After that, i have not got a single response from uber care. I had dropped my contact number there but those "unprofessional" customer service never responded back. Now, the point is, why the hell they don't have a customer care number? And who is going to give me back that money, which has been charged wrongly? I need a proper clarification.
