Today at around 8 pm i booked a cab through my mobile no [protected] the no of the cab goes like as25... The driver phone no is [protected]. The driver asked me to cancel the trip telling that he was 2 km away from the pick up location. I instead asked him to cancel it if he could not make the trip happened. Getting this reply from me he started using all kinds of filthy language in our local dialect. Maa behen ko leke bhi gali diya hein. I was astonished to get this kind of treatment from a uber driver for no apparent reason. I request u to take punitive action against the driver. On 23 sept.i had resquested fo uber.the driver could nt relate to my destination n on call he was not talking properly.i have travel through uber many times from the same address never this thing has happen.please cancel the cancellation fees.
