Uber India — unsupportive consumer care

I had reported a complaint regarding excess money collected by driver from me for which Uber stated that they will look into this matter. I had tweeted also and got the same response every time.
I wonder whether they are still looking into this matter.
My complaint date is 20th June on Twitter.
