Uber India — very bad support staff | |||||
I booked a uber cab from hyderabad airport to gachibowli.. The estimated amount showed rs.683+. I was asked to pay rs.200 in cash for the parking fee by the driver. I declined and said that it was included in the fare but the driver demanded that i pay.. As i was to attend a meeting urgently, i paid in cash and though uber support will help me for refund. I paid via paytm in full. I also lodged a complaint with uber support but no one understood. They reply to the mail to support the driver and finally say the issue is resolved!!!. They are aware of the bill. The breakdown indicated. The bill clearly shows that the parking fee is included. Inspite of my evidences shown, i was denied refund.in other cab services we have a phone number to speak to a support staff who will immediately guide us but in uber you have to send an email seeking support. My most loved cab services but this incident made me feel insulted!! Take care while you book uber nect time and also check for parking fee.
