[protected] Email: [protected]@gmail.com Name: Aristatik Ganesan Recently, I have experienced from recent bookings that most of your drivers lacks basic knowledge in map reading and location findings with map in your app, they couldn't come in time, they took 1-2 hour to reach the main location in city. i have the following questions for you to answer 1. Are drivers really doesn't know the places where the customers are located? 2. If delay is from your side, what is facility or option to inform you 3. If rider cancel the trip, you charge us some penalty amount, but if the problem is from your drivers, what would be the option for riders to inform to UBER? 4. Due to delay from your end, rider don’t want to cancel trip, but the trip is charged by your drivers without the concern of rider-Why?. My concern is, why driver is allowing others to travel in name of my uber account? 5. Why no proper contact number of driver is NOT displayed in your app immediately after booking? 6. Why no SMS or intimation after trip is closed, for invoice and other purpose? 7. Why No cancel option is activated when the trip during ON Most recently, most of your drivers spoils your app facility . i have a doubt that whether drivers go for other personal trip after booking, because in most of times, they cross rider location point and move to other location, which shows they intentionally move.
