Uber — Not able to sign into my account

Not able to sign in
Last ride- on 13 may around 11am from mylapore aanjaneyar temple to Janakiraman street, West Mambalam chennai
Used ₹75 promo offer for this ride
Pl help me to log in in to my account. When I enter the phone number it says it is already in use. I uninstalled the uber app and reinstalled. Still the same problem persist. I have an uber credit of about ₹5 and one promo code ₹75 off which expires today.
I am facing this problem from yesterday. My mails to support @uber and [protected]@uber is not going thru, I afraid.
I kindly request you to sort out this problem
