Uber — Showing outstanding payment even though I have paid cash to the driver

I am unable to book rides or access other facilities on the app because it is asking me to pay the outstanding money first. This happened a while back, while paying via UPI, there was network issue and so I paid him cash and it still shows that I haven't paid the amount.
