Uber — uber drivers are not verified and causing inconvenience to customer | |||
Uber drivers have started an unprofessional habit of starting the trip without us boarding the cab, and then travel a certain distance and end the trip. This amount is however refunded but looks like uber has an unethical practice that they themselves seem to entertain their drivers to practice as this not only increase uber's market stand and also looks like drivers get incentives for number of trips taken per day. (Even if it means they start and stop a trip without actually dropping a customer to their destination). Would want to sue uber for this poor service they are providing and need to know how and what they are doing to avoid this experience. Even though these drivers are third party, uber is responsible as a service provider to answer my questions. I then had to actually click on emergency button on my app even if it connected to the police to know why the driver was going on the trip without me in it. Or did he pick up someone else? Who will be responsible if the driver is upto something illegal, will the rider who is actually supposed to be in the cab also be responsible for any law that the driver may break criminally?
