Ucn — cable connection not working properly | |||
Dear sir I am bearing ucn in connection at my house since few years. I had been constantly complaining to my cable operator about the fluctuations problem in many channels. We were paying 250 per month since connection commenced. Honestly saying that i thought to discontinue the ucn services because of this problem they couldn't solve till date. Still i gave them chance by opting rs.400/- plan on 30.3.19 (Paid him by paytm) but the same problem persists. My parents are senior citizens ageing nearly 70. I don't want them to suffer any further. Please solve this issue at earliest.
