Uco Bank — 10, 000 deducted but atm did not give cash

Rs. 10, 000 deducted apr 22, 2019, from my account but atm did not give the cash. This happened at jasola vihar, delhi. Atm id - nfuc0000

I called customer care, they assure that it was a server problem and you will get the money in 10 working days but till date, no money credited in my account.

I want my money back.

I tried calling customer care but the number is not available.
