I was drawing money from sbi atm using my uco bank card, system showed some 070 error and the amount got deducted from my account. I repeated the same and it got deducted again. So rs. 5000 got deducted twice. Totally 10000. It's quite a huge amount for me. And i'm in need of it. Please do the needful as early as possible. This happened between 6.15 to 6.18 pm on 1/6/2019 at sbi atm, mathikere, bangalore.

    Today evening when i went to withdraw rs10, 000 from khagaria atm id-nfuc0000, i found that i got a message showing that rs10, 000 amount is deducted from my total amount but i did not recieve any money due to system error. I am worried about my deducted money which i did not recieve. Rs 10, 000 is not yet credited which should be credited in my account if i had not recieved it. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

      I have ordered food on swiggy on 19 may, 2019 and cancelled it due to unavailability, the swiggy customer care had refunded my amount of rs 59 but still my account has not been credited with refunded money even after 13 days. I have contacted them 2 to 3 times and they are saying that amount has been refunded kindly ask your bank. Kindly help me with this.

        10, 000 deducted but atm did not give cash

        Rs. 10, 000 deducted apr 22, 2019, from my account but atm did not give the cash. This happened at jasola vihar, delhi. Atm id - nfuc0000

        I called customer care, they assure that it was a server problem and you will get the money in 10 working days but till date, no money credited in my account.

        I want my money back.

        I tried calling customer care but the number is not available....

        Today message your apy account irregular. Apy account my pran card every year uco bank problem. I visite uco bank bank could not solve bank replay our branch not debited our head office kolkata debited so why my account your branch.

          I book a train ticket from Bangalore to Delhi through but the transaction got failed money is deducted. the money is credited in my account even after 10 days. I contact paytm they said that they initiate the refund already and I should contact with the bank. also, they provide me transactionID (17203019120917344821987) as a reference. I already file complain in uco bank customer care but there is no response.

          the money is not credited in my account after 2 weeks
          I placed order with Amazon for two dry fruits online on 26 April 2019 with Amazon, amount of R's 590 was deducted from my account. I return this iteams on 26 April 2019.refund initiated by the Amazon transaction I'd[protected] but refund not reflect in our account

            I tried so many time to get back my money back till now no refund no reply no answer no nothing.
            That was in manipur in dec 2018 date 18 i tried to take out some amount rs 3000 i've follow all the procedure n enter ma pin they said unavailable please try in near atm have and i try in another atm i took out 4000 i collect it and go home n i check money after somedays and money was deducted for 3000 which try in first time. So till now i didn't not get refund so please help me to get back my money

              My name is tanya paul and i ordered maybelline new york colour sensational powder matte lipstick, 3.9g of rs 396 in amazon on 24/4/2019 and after on 25/4/2019 i returned this order due to personal reasons and on26/4/2018 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but uco bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

                  I ordered my headphone from Amazon on 4 April 2019 My order with Amazon was cancelled due to some problem after that they initiated the refund when I asked them they told me that my refund amount has been processed from their side and stuck at bank end ie bank has not credited it into my account. I complained UCO bank with my issue on customer care no. But they have not processed my refund yet.

                        In March 2019, I have cancelled two Amazon products whose refund has been initiated by Amazon.in but the amount is not reflecting in my account. The refund has been initiated through UPI Googlepay. Amazon has admitted that the refund is done but it's not showing in my account. What do I do? The amounts are 140₹ and 170₹. The payment through UPI was made together.

                          I had paid for my bills at a store using my card, firstly the transaction had failed but then i paid again and it was accepted.
                          Later after 1 months, the bank runs a reversal transaction for that failed transaction and debited amount from my account without my authorization.
                          I complained to the bank regarding the issue but there is no response from the bank.
                          Very poor services, very disappointed.

                            That i tried to withdraw two amounts of rs 500 each through my atm no [protected] from hp state co-op bank ltd atm at kusumpti shimla — 9 on dated 29/04/2019 at 9:48 am and 9:49 am. Both the transactions were timed out for some unspecified reason, but above amount were deducted from my account no [protected].
                            Therefore it is requested to credit this amount in my above account that was wrongly debited.

                                I have done two transactions of 10000 each, through atm (Axix bank shastri nagar, kanpur, u. P.), atm id-nfuc0000, but in both case cash not dispensed & got message of debited of 20000. Ii write it down complain application and submitted to uco bank in 23 april. They give me claim id which i mentioned below. Please either resolve this issue as soon as possible or at least give current status regarding this.

                                  I live in ahmedabad. Last month 26th i tried withdrawing 3000 from atm in sarkhej. Amount was deducted however i did not receive it.
                                  Itebeen 1 month, i have complaint more than 10 times, in sarkhej village,.in original branch jagatsinghapur. They are not refunding my money.. Not even responding.. I don't know how to get it back.
                                  I have personally visited sarkhej branch. They took the details. Said we can not credit as account is from jagatsinghapur. We will post the letter to them it will be credited in 1 week. However i did not get any thing.
                                  My brother visited jagatsinghapur branch many a times gave complain. Each time they are saying complain registered.. Then i was asked to send them an email mentioning details of deduction.
                                  I did. They denied.
                                  I contacted uco head office kolkata.
                                  I got a reply stating contact local branch. We can not help.

                                  दिनांक 02.04.2019 को मैनें PHONEPAY एप के द्वारा 5000 रुपये मेरे SBI BANK के खाते में ट्रासंफर किये लेकिन लेनदेन विफल हो गया और मेरे खाते से 5000/- रूपये कट गये जो आज तक मेरे खाते वापस जमा नहीं हुए।

                                    I used my uco bank atm card to withdraw rs. 5000/- at axis bank atm at armapur estate, kanpur on 22/04/2019 at 20:35:25 pm.
                                    Money was deducted from. My account but tha cash did not dispensed and shown a slip on atm screen "sorry your transaction was cancelled" but the money of 5000/- deducted from my savings account at the same time.
                                    After that i again used the same atm card to withdraw rs. 3000/- on 22/04/2019 at 20:36:28 pm at the same axis bank atm at armapur estate.
                                    Again same thing happend with me money deducted from the account but cash did not dispensed.
                                    I request you to kindly please reverse my total amount of rs.8000/- in my savings account as soon as possible.
