Uco Bank — amazon refund not received after 2 months

Dear sir my uco bank account no.[protected] of ifsc code ucba0000493. I canceled some product from amazon on 2 jan 2020 who refund amount of rs 649 but not seen in my account. My return reference no. Is #4sxqr88u0000k4q0k320 please take attention on this complain and send my amount on account no. I also go to branch but no any good reponse happen please help me i am a student i have not much time
