Sir my name is aditya sharma s/o janardan sharma, has an account in uco bank with saving account no [protected] at lucknow university branch. I have done shopping through amazon site of worth rs 13999 on 28 sept 2019 with debit card (Transaction id is recom/prcr/[protected]/[protected]:58:39/npo) and due to some reasons i cancelled that item and the refund of 12999 was initiated by amazon on 30 sept 2019 but it has not been reflected in the account yet. I have visited to branch but they are not helping and saying that they could not do anything about it. And i contacted to amazon personal also, they are saying that they have initiated amount but it is fault from your bank side so contact to your bank with refund reference id 835300. Now sir please help me it has been 18 days approx. So far but the amount has not been yet reflected. Please sir solve this query and reflect the amount refunded by amazon. I have attached the transacted mini statement and the email forwarded by amazon. Please sir solve this query as soon as possible. Sir what uco bank is dealing with? A person is disturb since 18 days but no one is helping not even at home branch. They are simply putting a single statement that they don't know anything even the manager of the bank is saying this thing without checking anything. Sir please help with this issue so that i could rely on this bank services. The refund reference id given by amazon can not be generated if they have not initiated this. Please do something sir.
