I have paid rs 749.00 dated on 22.01.2019 to amazon india by upi transaction for an order. Transaction id: s97100513, transaction description: mpay/upi/trtr/[protected]/[protected]:01:39/mbs. Since i cancelled my order, so amazon has refunded my money through the original payment method on 25.01.2019. Transaction id: s7560648, transaction description:[protected]/22.01.2019/upirrc. This refund transaction has been reversed from my account on 12.07.2019, without my permission or any proper reason. Transaction id: s68157915, transaction description: upi/rvsl/[protected]/25.01.19. I did not receive any sms or e-mail alert for the same. It came to my notice when i checked my account balance. I contacted to amazon about this reverse transaction, and thay replied me that they was not received money of this reversed transaction. And they also said that they do not have authority to reverse the refund amount once the refund processed by them.
So, kindly look in the matter as early as possible and take a positive step to return my money

Updated by Rudradev In this regard, I submitted a petition to the branch on 24/07/2019. And today the branch (UCO Bank, Hatzan Bazar Branch) told me that this money has gone to Amazon successfully again. And they told me to contact Amazon. amazon already said that they do not have authority to reverse the refund amount once the refund processed by them. What should I do now ?
