UCO Bank Complaints & Reviews

I used my uco bank atm card to withdraw rs. 5000/- at axis bank atm at armapur estate, kanpur on 22/04/2019 at 20:35:25 pm.
Money was deducted from. My account but tha cash did not dispensed and shown a slip on atm screen "sorry your transaction was cancelled" but the money of 5000/- deducted from my savings account at the same time.
After that i again used the same atm card to withdraw rs. 3000/- on 22/04/2019 at 20:36:28 pm at the same axis bank atm at armapur estate.
Again same thing happend with me money deducted from the account but cash did not dispensed.
I request you to kindly please reverse my total amount of rs.8000/- in my savings account as soon as possible.

I'm made transition of rs 4100 for my Uco bank account by using phonpay money has been deducted on 2nd april from my account but not Cradited into recivers account yet and also not cradit back in my account.its happened twice with me on sam day.so totally rs 8200 is deducted from my Uco bank acount.kindly immediate action must needed.

Money has been deducted from the amount not credited to the receiver and my bank account which has not yet been refunded to us 28/03/2019 ko 369 ka amount amazon ko pay kiya tha but amazon company ko 369 rupees receive nhi huye apse niwedan hai 369 rupees hame jald se jald refund kar de meri mahenat ke rupye hai mere liye 369 rupye bahut mayene rakhte hai ap lo bahut time laga rahe hai paise refund karne mai plz jaldi refund kar dijiye

Sir i paid the amount of 1139 through upi on amazon.in at 05 march 2019. Then i returned my product. And amazon.in refund my amount 1139 on 23 march 2019 successfully. Company provided the refund reference number[protected]. But yet my amount is not credit in my bank account (A/c no. [protected]). Please give me solution & my contact number is [protected]

We have an govt. Saving account in uco bank summerkot rohru shimla with ifsc code ucba0001406. We are facing problem with the staff for behavior towords a govt office requests. Many time they refuses or rejected the transaction requests with any minor nominal reason. As we are already dealing with the other banks even with one of other uco bank near by. We have requested them to made rtgs and we provided a official lettter requesting them to make transactions.
Once they rejected a cheque with office letter beacuse of we have mention in cheque "yourself" other detail were given in attached letter. And other many more incident happing like this only.
We are from a govt office and they just rejecting the request. We have to deal in remote area and it takes time to send a letter n get signed from official.

Due this the official work of our organisation is drastically affecting and further it is requesting kindly do the needful for making it smooth.

I was transfer the money from bhim upi app on 2nd of april, the money was deducted and the transaction was also failed and i didn't get my money.. I filled the chargeback form and also applied always shows that sorry some error occurred and when i fill it back saying that you already requested choose another details. Now should i do.. My money deducted 6 days ago.

I sent a amount of 1500 from phonepe to sbi account number on 20/12/18. the money credited his account and instantly reverse. and the reverse money not credited in my account so I had submitted a complaint in uco bank grievance cell on 22/02/19 about reverse money. My name is rajat. I had ordered an item from amazon and paid it through bhim upi and next day i cancelled the order. Refund amount 445 rupees. Refund was initiated by amazon on 29 march and today is 6 april. I had contacted branch but they are useless and customer care no is not available. I mail customercare but they didn't help me.

I made an online payment to amazon of rs609 but i cancelled one of my orders so a refund was generated by amazon with refund reference no[protected] but the amount has not reflected in my account. I called amazon service so many times but they said they have successfully initiated the transactionand the bank is saying no money has been transferred. Please dispute my money in my account. I am still awaiting reply & solution from UCO bank in relation to a fraudulent activity which my company has been a victim of SCAM back in November 2016. I have been writing emails after emails to virtually all UCO bank branches including Mumbai as well as the Indian Police and yet still no reply neither solution to this issue.

I have also left my complaint through this platform, and yet, nothing solved.

What the ### is going on? - Am I ever going to recieve a reply and/or solution from UCO bank in relation to an UCO bank client whom has stolen our money?

I have purchage a thing from amazone. I pay for 121rs for it. I hv planed to cancel this order. So company have policy to give my money back. But they say the amount is already comes to my acount so they give me amazone refrrnce no.

I had ordered three products on amazon.in and made the payment through google pay (Tez) from my upi id using my registered savings account in uco bank. Out of the three orders, i cancelled two products of 149₹ and 179₹ respectively. On 10th and 11th of march, amazon.in has already initiated the refund of both the amounts. The refund reference id: #[protected]. But, i am yet to receive the refunds in my bank account. It's been over two weeks now and the bank has also been unable to help me out in this matter.
