My refund from amazon which refund reference no is#[protected] of amount 458.00 and it is issued on 7th march 2019 at 12.48pm has not been credited to my account, so far. So please look into the matter, i have ordered a item worth 458 through uco amazon pay upi account no [protected]. At uco bank jhajra dehradun, 248007, as it is almost one week to reflect amount in my account as i am keep checking my mpassbook.
So please sort this out at the earliest.

Sir, i would like to know that how much time does it take to resolve as i am reading your review s most of the complaint are unresolved as if the hard earn money which UCO bank is not wishing to return on name of any reason, as in my case i did enquiry from Amazon about refund so they told that from their side the refund amount was released on 7th March and they have given refund reference no also which i have already given to you for further action, thanks for prompt action ..

      After entering OTP it showed bank is not responding kind a message. But after 10 mins my UCO bank account has been debited thrice amounting to Rs. 600/- in total.

        Hello sir,
        I did payment for irctc e-ticket using my uco bank debit card on 04-march-2019. But payment was not failed and irctc showed failure reason as: "no response from bank". But bank has shown that you spent 1760rs on irctc for 2 times.
        So please refund 1760+1760=3520rs.

          I have submitted of insurance claim in uco bank rohru, as my brother died in an car accident in 13/11/2018.
          He having a salary account in uco bank rohru ifsc code ucba0000358.
          So i applied for his insurance claim under atm card.
          But its been four months we have not getting any intimation/information/claim from bank or insurance company.
          As it is requested kindly do need ful to process our request to get claim done in time.

                Respected sir,

                This is to inform you that i am facing lot of service issues with the uco bank barbourne road. I have an account name badri narayan jhunjhunwala (A/c no.[protected]) in hastings branch. As i have moved out from hastings few months back so i am trying to do all transactions from my nearest location but the bank is not cooperating and they are dening to accept transfer cheques just by saying that my account does not belong to this branch.

                I had gone on 13th feb with a transfer cheque badri narayan jhunjhunwala (Uco a/c no.[protected]) to yashica jhunjhunwala (Uco a/c no.[protected]) for 1.75 lacs. While submitting the cheque the clearing officer denied to accept that just bcos it belonged to other branch... After making several request also he denied. So i went to the branch manager who helped me by saying tell my name he would accept it so i went to the person to give the cheque while receiving the cheque he told his staff to recheck with the manager before accepting it as if i was lying. After several arguments he accepted it by 12.30-1 pm which should have been cleared that particular day but when i went next day again i came to know my cheque was not cleared stating signature mistmatch but no one one aware who had written that after several investigation also. They had just kept aside bcos they never wanted to clear other branch cheque. Again i went to the manager telling him see my cheque was not cleared bcos of inappropriate reason, so he requested his staff to receive the cheque, while receiving the cheque they wanted the huf rubber stamp, nowdays which is not required as its already printed, thinking that i don't have the stamp handly they could have rejected it but by chance i had it. The manager of the branch was literally begging his staff to collect my cheque this is the condition of the branch... This all had happened around 12.30pm.. When on the same day i went to update my passbook around 3.30 to check if my cheque was cleared or not after few hours i see they have not done it. So again i went to the manager to say see the condition of his staff who are purposely not doing their work just bcos they don't want... When the manager enquired they told that clearing dep has just received it now which was a lie... It doesn't take 3 hours for a cheque to clear. After making several request my work was done with so much harassment.

                As per me branch banking is provided for customer convenient but staff of the bank are not helping people just bcos they don't want to do their work and they are making their own laws and rules. There is a major behaviour issue with the barbourne road uco bank staff all the customer were also complaining reguarding the misbehaviour..

                Request you kindly take strict action against them so that people are not harassed for their own money.

                      4 days ago, i got to the central bank atm of my locality and tried withdrawing a minimal of 500 rs. The amount got deducted from my account but i didn't got any cash! I have had been complaining since then, but all in vain. I am a student, i live outer state for my education, the bank officials deny accepting my complaints even if i'm giving them all the details viz. Acc no, transaction i. D, etc. It's not the first time that i'm getting stuck in such a situation. It sucks!

                        I used mobikwik app to transfer money to another account but the transaction failed due to server problem. Amount of 6000 rupees were still deducted from my account on 07/02/2019. Reference no. Of the transaction is[protected]. As on 11/04/2019, i have still not received refund of 6000 rupees. I contacted customer care a couple of times but the response was unsatisfactory. I want my refund as soon as possible

                        I use mbanking o[censored]co bank. But today it s not working from evening, showing that "unavailable to connect the server"
                        I have availed education loan on 2009 at amminabhavi branch(0536) and also closed on 2016 but till now i have not received full interest subsidy even though there is 100 percent interest subsidy.I have complained so many times to branch and zo, HO but not resolved. please refund it.My loan account [protected]

                          I'm ragul studying at trichy. I have transferred rs.16250, from my uco account to my friend's uco account through phone pe. Though it has been failed my account has been debited. I have visited my nearby branch at navalurkuttapattu. They told that it would be refunded in one working day. It is already 3 working days since i have complained. Hence i request you to refund my amount as soon as possible

                            Amount of Rs. 15750 is debited from my uco bank account number - [protected], ifsc - UCBA0002005, dated[protected] upon upi transfer, but its showing failed transaction and amoumt has been deducted.please resolve it quickly

                              I am aditi mishra from bhubaneswar. I have not recieved the refund amount on my orders from amazon and myntra. Although the money has been transferred from their end for which they have shared a bank refrence number/refund reference number but the amount is not reflected at my bank account.

Then i go to uco bank branch and gave application there.18/01/2019 i again go to the bank they do not listen, they said it is not in my hand.                                     My name is anjali and i withdrawn rs. 4500 and 4500 hundred two times on 7th december 2018 from the atm of vijaya bank branch kotla nala solan himachal pradesh.. It showed me unable to process but my money was deducted from my account then i went to my branch uco bank nauni solan and complaining after 4 days of deduction.. Then they took my complaint n my first transaction of 4500 hundred refunded after 7 to 8 days... Then i again went to branch and complaining second time... For my second transaction of 4500 and money didn't refunded yet.. Just because of that i am facing lot's of problems i am college student i cant pay my exam fees properly at the time due to this problem... Please take strict action regarding this and i wish my money will refund soon

                                      I ordered one product worth 13999 on 29th Dec and I cancelled the delivery of the product on 29th Dec, so flipkart people has sent me the message regarding my refund of cash to the source account. but its has been 15 days i can't see the refunded cash on my account.
                                      Please solve this problem as soon as possible cause I M in big trouble due to this
