I want to bring to your notice that I have been a victim of Fraudulent ATM transactions.I hold a savings account in UCO bank since 3years.

On 5th Sept at around 11.22am there were 3 fraudulent cash withdrawals of Rs. 45, 000 using my ATM card details.
However, the ATM card was with me all the time.

I had called up the UCO bank, Mira Road Branch, by using the customer care number mentioned on the google page. While talking to the person on the call, the person kept me on Hold and within few minutes I got 3 SMS of cash debit in 3 ATM transactions. This has happened because UCO Bank, Mira Road Branch did not check or verify the customer care number mentioned on their google page search. I am unaware of how the fraud transactions were carried out, because I did not share any of my personal account/Bank related details with the person on the phone even though he was insisting on sharing.

Once I realized this mishap, I lodged an FIR with local police station (FIR attached with this email). The Police have strictly instructed us to follow up with UCO bank to get back the money lost due to bank’s negligence in security and publicly posted bank details.

On the same day, I also submitted a written complaint to the UCO Bank Mira Road Branch Manager [Mr. D.P Singh #[protected]].I also complained to the Zonal Office in Fort spoke to ( Mr.Chandrahas - AGM )he spoke very rudely with me using abusive language and disconnected my calls continously, he was not ready to listen to any of my problems happened.
However, no action is taken for my case yet.

I have faced a total loss of 45000 which is a very big amount for me. It is bank’s responsibility to make sure that our hard earned money is safe and that all the details on the Banks behalf are accurate and secure. Requesting you to take immediate action on this complaint.

For delivery i have Paid through UPI amount is 1496 payment don’t get successful but money from amount get detucted two time same time i have called to customer care they said money will is safe and will be recovered with in 24 hours but now 2-3 days have been passed and I didn’t get my money back

    I had taken home loan 0n 2014 and the loan disbursement happened in 3 phase, at the time on construction i had not paid the interest properly after that paid some amount, on 29th oct 2015 i had cleared the total EMI and penal interest after that as the Manager was got transferred another manger was in the place and she called me that your penal interest is running i had told how come it have cleared by rest paying 38000 plus on 29th oct 2015 but she told i don't know what happened but the interest is showing in the system and you need to pay 12000/- so how i was not convinced but i had payed the amount on 26th Aug 2016 and now i had checked the cibil score it is 674 after that i had called the present bank manager to check why my cibil score less as i am not a defaulter .
    present bank manager is informing that you loan account is running with penal interest i am shocked and now i need to pay nearly 5000/- to clear .
    as a customer this is not the right way and it is called cheating the customer.i am sorry to use this word but what to do, pl check my EMI after 29th oct 2015 if i had made a mistake i will lean for it but if the bank manager itself made a mistake then what should i do.

    Pl help me out of this .

      My account no is [protected] i had paid medical bill at laxmi medical pune for rs. 4758 on 7th sep 2018 it shows that transaction declined but my account has been deducted with rs. 4758
      I had logged complaint with bank grievances and my reference no is

      Still nothing has been cleared from bank side.

      Toll free is a pain to contact even branch is not responding.
      UCO Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      I had transferred some of Rs 40000/- by using Uco ebanking.
      On 08/09/2018 funds debited from my account but till date
      neither fund reversed nor credit to the beneficiary account.
      I am the customer of Ramganj branch(UCBA0001422)
      I have given written request to the branch manager they also precess it till now it has not solved
      My account money is deducted but no payment in my jee mains exam of amout rs.500 source of net banking it is failed due to card is rupay type

Ltd. a BC of RBL Bank on 27th Feb, 2018 for Rs 10000 to withdraw but the said txn. failed in the service provider platform continuously 3 times vide ref.             I had got replacement of chip card in place of old debit card. So my cars has been blocked due to this i am facing lot of problem related to money. I also visited my home branch but they only ignored me and simply says to wait. About six months passed but i have not get chip card. So please... Help me. Otherwise i will have to open new account in other bank expect uco.

              I am interested for opening a new savings account in my nearest uco bank begunia branch.so I am submitting all my proper document in begunia branch.but since last 2 month my application is still pending in branch since last 2 months.i also visited many times but their staff debasmita sahoo, and also bank manager of begunia uco Branch bad behavior dissatisfied for their behavior.if no service will provide so why they open a branch.It is very serious issues.i am going to complaint in all sites, regional head and zonal head for this type of service even if I am going to take legal action including consumer case against uco bank branch manager and debasmita sahoo

                      A/c no.030xxxxxxx9445 of ashis biswas&madhumita biswas, s/bac (Eors) type on 01/03/2018, rs.6000 was withdrawn by me from atm id va030602 and i came to home with a balance of rs.597.23. After few minutes two sms alert forwarded to my mobile having two fraud transaction of rs.515.00&rs.72.00. The details are given below for your kind perusal.
                      Date:01/03/2018, particulars:prcr/[protected]/01, withdrawals:515.00 date:01/03/2018, particulars:prcr/[protected]/01, withdrawals:72.00. These two fraud transaction were made in favour of fcc e-payment mumbai & my a/c balance lead to an amount of rs.10.23. I submitted the complaints to uco bank birlapur branch through a form, given by the branch for two times. But in vain. I have no net-banking habit or option related to my account. Please enquire into the matter & refund those two amounts.

                      Those two fraud transaction were made in favour of Fcc e-payment umbai M.as per sms alert. I do not know whether the name of the venue is umbai M or Mumbai. I need to add that Uco Bank Birlapur Branch is less interested about customer care. It could have been better through awareness .

                          I have taken education loan uco bank soro, odisha on 2006 for the period of 2006 to 2009.
                          I got job on 2013. My loan account is still running as performing asset. If my loan account converts to npa, i can go ahead for final settlement and payback the loan. 2009 to 2018, after 9 years, how can a loan account running as pa, why not convert to npa.

                            With reference to subject cited above i am going to recieve new atm pin at 2:15. I asked to counterperson to give my atm pin she asked to write application for pin. I write the application and give to counterperson she say wait i will give you than the a employee of bank say it's lunch time wait for half an hour. I argue why should i wait for half an hour you should complete your hand work and than go for lunch. Employee say it's my decision i will not givebefore 3 pm now go and do what you want.
                            This not good behaviour with disable person. So please do any necessary action.

                                सविनय निवेदन है कि मेरा खाता यूको बैंक शाखा नैनी इलाहबाद में है जिसका खाता नंबर [protected] है जो रवि ट्रेडर्स फर्म के नाम से cc अकॉउंट है पिछले वर्ष मार्च 2017 में pos मशीन लिया था लेकिन मशीन में कुछ तकनीकी खराबी आ जाने के कारण मैंने यूको बैंक के नैनी इलाहाबाद शाखा में जमा कर दिया अक्टूबर 2017 में इसके बावजूद हमारे खाते से निरंतर pos मशीन का चार्ज कट रहा है मैने इसकी शिकायत यूको बैंक नैनी इलाहाबाद शाखा में कई बार किया परन्तु किसी प्रकार की कोई सुनवाई नही हुई।
                                अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि हमारे खाते से pos मशीन का चार्ज जो निरंतर कटता रहा है वह वापस कराने की कृपा करें।
                                अन्यथा विवश होकर कोर्ट के माध्यम से कानूनी कार्यवाही करेंगे।

None of them seem to have any information regarding the matter. I therefore request you to kindly intervene and pay my dues with interest at the earliest.

                                    My debit card got blocked for no reason. Now I have shifted to another state and cant go there to collect the card. And all my money has been blocked, I am not able to take out money from any means. Always worst service with worst staff. Dont buy any seervices from them.

                                      Sir i had order food online on zomato 10 july 2017 and made payment against it through bank account no [protected] for the amount of 58.95 and the amount deducted from my bank account bt later they cancel the order and refund the amount back on the same day later they message that bank has accept the refund and i also get refund referance no on 14 july 2018 that is[protected] bt the amount is still not credited in my account please help me with this

                                        This complaint is related to Refund process of JAM fee. The refunded my money but bank didn’t give any response. I go to bank for many times for solution but didn’t got any solution. Refrance no for my payment refund is NUR[protected] on 12/july
                                        My phone no. Is [protected]. Please return my money as soon as possible.
                                        JAM IIT BOMBAY refunded my fee they shared refrance number with me but bank didn’t give any details. The bank refused to give money to me. I strongly recommend that please return my money as soon as possible. It is very urgent for me.
