Two transactions were placed on 4:10 pm and 4:20 pm of Same amount but one amount o[censored]nsuccessful transaction not refunded. So plzzz refund and credit amount 1500 as soon as possible

    I Shambhavi, a/C no-[protected](uco bank), branch name-bhairwar branch, ifsc:ucba1371 is an account holder of this bank.I had done an atm transaction with the uco bank atm card on 28/02/2018 in at 5.58 pm in karur vyaysa bank atm located atLPU LOVELY MALL, Phagwara .I had given a withdrawal of amount rs.500/-, But I got a message from atm that "sorry unable to process"after some time at about 6.00 pm.After sometime I didn't got money.After that I sent a mail to uco customer care and in reply they didn't reply.Please look into this matter and do the needful.

      I have make atm cash withdrawal on dated 22/01/2018 at time 22:19:33 eft on atm id-hfbc[protected] get cash successfully.

      After that i make another cash withdrawal request on the same atm id-hfbc[protected] at 22:32:59 eft cash not...

      On 24 Jan around 6 PM I swipe my atm and it shows decline transaction than I tried 2nd time. But both time money has been deducted. The amount has been deducted is 4084.the very next day I go there and where I swipe my atm than they show me their acc statment there only one time money add. They tell me the money will be refunded will take 3-4 days. But till now no money refunde

          Unable to access my locker as the key is not getting inserted properly in bidhanagar branch after our locker got shifted from dumdum cantt branch. Along with bank manager mrs swastika pathak and other staffs, we all tried to open the same, but we could not. We even spoke to mr rahul verma, who is the bank manager of dumdum cantonment branch, kolkata, but still no updatefrom him as when the technicians will arrive and resolve the issue. I have important papers there which need to be accessed asap else will be in major problem. Please do the needful with priority asap.

          I received a message from VM-UCOBNK to my mobile stating that my a/c has been debited with Rs.XXX.
          Whereas I do not have an account in UCO bank.
          I'm worried if this could possibly be some of fraud system trying to steal my information or something.
          Please reply asap regarding this.

              I smt. Renu mishra (A/c no. [protected]) claims for the following twice the transaction has been done on 24 january 2018 and no receipt or as such has been provided.                     I would bring to your notice that on[protected] i had tried to withdraw rs 10000+2000 from andra bank and state bank of india, atm machine
                    Using my uco bank atm card. The transaction was declined. Later when i checked my account no.[protected] noticed that the amount of rs 10000+2000 was debited from my account, when i contacted uco bank,
                    1854-jagatsinghpur-bhubaneshwar, 1st fl netaji market complex near bus stand,
                    Submitted an application in this regard. They promised to credit the money back to my account. But have not done so till date

First, your customer helpline is damn irritating as no one is available for 15-20 minutes and this has happened each time i called.                       I draw rs. 8000/- from sbi atm bengal area head quarter alipore one time, i attempt two time but cash recd. Only one time, but from my sb account [protected] debited two times of rs. 8000/- on[protected]. At 12.21 pm. I recd message of debit of rs. 8000/- at 12.23 pm and balance was in my account 52, 761.77. Another massage at 00.25 on 25.01.2018 came that rs. 8000/- again debited from my acccount from same atm of sbi id nfuc0000 and the balance in my account is 44, 761.77.in bengal area hq uco bank atm is also available but perhaps no cash was available therefore atm was not working. Please see this complaint & return my hard labour income rs. 8000/- in my account.

                      Withdrawal of RS 1000 has been done by my account I tried for the transaction but the ATM didn't respond at that moment but I don't have any idea about the withdrawal and the money is also been deducted but no SMS has been received by me . It's totally an unfair method to cut some ones I want u to take an action regarding this.

                        On 27th i have ordered skechers women's equalizer black gymnastics shoes - 4 uk/india (37 eu) (7 us) and mimi poko paint new born diaper costs amounting rs 3236. But my payment was shown declined and at the same time the money was deducted from my bank account. I have contacted customer care of amazon about the same and they informed me that my payment was declined by my bank and advised me to contact my bank. So i have submitted an application to my bank regarding the same on 8th of january, 2018. So far no response from my bank. Please help!

                            Dear sir/madam

                            This is to bring to your notice, i haven't received the return deposit for the following attached transactions into my account via debit card, dated 21st november, 2017, as a return credit from jabong (For three sweaters from two different order numbers - [protected] and [protected]).

                            They did send me grievance link in the first week of december. But the page wasnt working at least for 15 days. I tried contacting my bank branch : hpmidc, shimla, asking them to track the transaction. They have been highly unresponsive and indifferent towards the dispute raised.
                            I even tried filling your grievance form, however, it seems to have some technical error, as it kept asking to re enter the cache.

                            Please make a note of the transaction arn numbers :

                                I have a locker with UCO Bank - Ballygunge Branch Kolkata. Last year higher locker rent was deducted and I was told not to worry as two years rent has been deducted. This year again higher locker rent has been deducted, when I checked I found it's 'D' category locker rent of Rupees 4400 and as per UCO Bank's Locker category, D is a large category locker is of B category, and a MEDUM sized Locker.

                                When I complained to the bank I received a very funny response that I have a 'D' Category MEDIUM sized Locker (I have this email from the bank), whose number is xxx/B. I called branch manager and asked can you share the Locker rent matrix mentioning D category is medium please. He told no no you have a D category medium sized Locker and the rent is Rs 4400 (Imagine UCO Bank Medium Sized Locker rent is so high than State Bank and even more than HSBC/ HDFC kind of Bank). I'm enclosing the rent matrix o[censored]CO Bank where D is clearly mentioned as LARGE.

                                Bank first does mistake and then adamantly defends that with illogical reason and excuses instead of being apologetic. They didn't even sent me SMS notification of the deduction.

                                Need a resolution of all charge reversal with interest and an apology. Enclosing the Locker Rent matrix sheet with D as LARGE Category.

                                  I used my uco bank debit card for online shopping of sketchers women black shoes and mimi poko pant diaper amounting rs.3236/-on 27th december 2017 but my payment showed decline. However above mentioned amount was deducted from my account. As i contacted amazon customer service i was told by dealing staff that my money is in my bank's server because they decline my payment. But till now it is not yet credited in my account. So you are requested to do the needful.
