    On wednesday i went to halem uco bank to register my mobile number. And i have given a application to the manager. Till that he doesn't register my mobile number. Again today i went to bank for same purpose i meet the manager then he told me that okay now i am register your number. So m back to home. And till now he don't register my mobile number. Is this the customer sestisfacation.

Uco bank complaint no-p[protected]talasangha012, banking ombudsman complaint no-[protected]. (25th oct 17). Still no response till date showing under process. After contentious followup with uco bank, axis bank and rbi but no result please help me.

          Branch asst manegger misswave close account. I asked asst manegger how to close my account. Reply manegger not be your servent go to another bank open account or complaint head office no care. Your account close immideate

          I applied three month ago apply form filled all document attached verify submit. Account active
          Three transaction success. Asst manager angry closed my account only asked pass book please take. Angry not servant customer go any other bank. Open account not apply uco bank brajrajnagar branch hot list your account. Same time close account. Me return to branch harassed or tried back to home. I respect please action immediately and re active my current account information glad to solve the problem

            A amount of 380(Rs.190*2) rupees was debited from my account on 20st Feb 2017 for an amazon order (#[protected] but the transaction failed and amazon didn’t received the amount. This amount should have been credited to my UCO Bank account by now, but I have not received the refund till now. I have called the UCO Bank customer service and also emailed the UCO bank all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number no action is being taken but It has been marked as resolved by the bank and I have not got the amount credited back to my account yet. I have confirmed with amazon and they have not received the amount. kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the amount.

                A couple of week back i in the uco bank for updating my passbook but i was surprized to see that an amount of rs 26500/- has been deducted from my account (A/c number: [protected]). I have contacted my branch but they said they can't do anything about it. I went to the police station and lodge a complaint and also informed the same to my bank but till date no follow up has been made. I request you to please return my money or provide me an explanation that where the money has been spent as i do not have any knowledge of such a transaction.
                I am eagerly waiting for an answer.

                  Currently i have done one transaction to my friend's account from tez. The money has been deducted from my account immediately but my friend didn't receive the money.

                  Also in my tez account, the status is showing as pending. Means the process is still in under process. But the money has already been deducted from my account.

                  I need to get my money back as soon as possible.

                    I want to open saving account of my son who is 13 years old at uco bank vigyan nagar, kota, but bank staff not supporting me and not open my son account. There is a non availability of staff and staff is also have lack of knowledge. There is a chief manager mr. K k jain, he is also not controlled his staff and not rectified customer trouble. I am a valuable customer o[censored]co bank last 20 years but i have never seen worst service like today, in any bank in india.

                        I had got message over my mobile for reissue of atm card due to chip, accordingly, i had surrendered and was issued another card on 01.11.2017, but my account was debited for rs 59/ which is incorrect. Therefore, kindly refund me by crediting in my account as i had no problem with previous card also and it was reissued only due to message received by me.

                          My father is partially paralysed and was taken to uco bank jhorehat branch for providing biometric verification of life certificate but inspite of repeated requests they didi not provide any infrastructure for doing same but forced us to complete the proceedings from a cyber cafe. How does this audacity prevail on the part of bank and why does the headoffice or government does not look into the matter??

                            I deposited a cheque (No.26324) received from post office and drawn on sbi amounting to rs.26234/- which was deposited on 9.01.2017 in my sb a/c no. [protected]. After some days of depositing the cheque, my a/c was credited to the tune of rs.23324/-, resulting a short deposit of rs, 3000/-. The issues has been brought to the notice of the bank.                                 2 fraud transactions were done on[protected] at 9.59hrs.. From my debit card 4283××××××××6322 of amount 3999 and 2999 with otp 292387, 068535 and 517627... Please look into the matter and make efforts to refund my amount.. Fraud was done from phone no.[protected] and amount was gone in oxigenwallet.com, gurgaon... I received a fraud call and was told that your card is not working and asked the information in the card and was told that any amount cut would get updated automatically...

That 67rs debited from your account through uco mobile banking app and second message i got and same message i saw that your 67rs debited its means my 134 rs debited from my account but there was no recharge done on my no.
