Two cheques of my mact case award amount of rs. 10, 42, 659/- and 70, 442/- has been deposited in uco bank, branch-karkardooma courts, delhi in the month may, 2017 and as per orders of the hon'ble court amount of rs. 1, 15, 000/- be released to the complainant and remaining amount shall be deposited in his name in the form of one fdr for a period of 7 years with release of monthly periodical interest to him. But officials of bank advised the complainant some formalities for the bank, the complainant has already completed all formalities but officials of bank has not made fdr in the name of complainant and seek time about one month by giving excuse that they have several files pending, so they can't make his fdr before one month.

    Respected sir/madum,
    I am hirdesh kumar verma a saving account holder in uco bank. My account no. Is [protected]. At 31/10/2017 when i trying to withdraw amount from the atm of state bank of india pardesipura, indore, the transaction is cancelled but my amount rs 400 is deducted from the account. So kindly request to refund my rs 400. I am attached the cyber receipt blow

      Amazon refunded me rs.3375 on 23 oct 2017. But still the amount is not reflected to my account. The reference number for the refund is[protected].
      I contact my branch they doesn't do anything and they don't know how to solve it. I also called their customer care number many times but no one is attending the call. Please notify this to uco bank. Please process it.

        Uco bank employee very care less . We are tring to opening a account from last month. But alway acuse every time. They say " we dont have account opening form countinuoly ten time they said. Now days they are acusing they dont have finger print machine that is not working form last month.

        Ple solve our problem sir/madam. We are very irritate from uco bank employee

          Respected uco bank manager,
          I chandan sahoo, uco bank holder, a/c no-[protected], baijamunda, sambhalpur. I have withdraw 1000/-rupees on dt-31/10/2017, time-17:18pm from sbi bank atm. But some technical issue the money was not withdraw from atm and the money would deducted from my a/c. Then immidately massage will send in my mobile number. I have submitted the copy of atm receipt and ministatement receipt.
          So, kindly request you consider my problem and solve them immidately.

            I, shrita sarkar, s. B. Acc. No.-[protected], had a total balance of rs.1, 30, 966.05 till 1/11/2017 (16:54). I have tried to make a net payment of rs.2, 750, while doing that money got deducted thrice (2, 750+2, 750+2, 750=8, 250) from my account. However, the payment has not gone through and it was unsuccessful. Now my current balance is showing rs.1, 22, 716.05. As the payment has not gone through i want my money back (8, 250) on my account asap.

              One of my refund by myntra online shop has been successfully credited on my account, but after some days i have updated my passbook, but not showing the amount of rs. 1761.48/-. And they given me a reference no as arn no-[protected].
              But in my home branch manager is saying we could not do with this ref no. And they are refusing to take any chargeback complain.

                Dear sir,
                I'm having saving account in your bank branch ratanada jodhpur rajasthan.in this branch the atm facility is not providing regularly whenever in emergency i need to withdrawl the money that time the atm will either close or not working. And mostly on sunday when the branch is off that time also the atm will also close. So sir its a request to u that please allow me to withdrawl from any other atm branch of other bank without deducting the transaction charges because i have already paid so much transaction charges from other bank atm due to your atm close or not working properly. Otherwise please resolve this problem immediately. And inform the branch to open the atm daily n do not close the shutter of atm on sunday.

                    While doing transaction for irctc dated 29 october, the amount has been deducted from account but ticket booking gets failed. I tried it twice. It is mention in irctc that failure reason of tickets is no response from bank while payment status is payment awaited. Transaction amts. Are 446&426. I didn't received any sms regarding refund of money. Help

I have successfully linked my aadhar number at uco bank account. But still npci server is showing me that my aadhar status is active in axis bank account which i created in 2015.                                   Sir, i had done a transaction of rupees 10000 (Ten thousand) via bhim app (Upi) on 23.09.17 (Pass book shows 25.09.17) due to some technical fault, amount debited from my ac no.[protected], kharida branch, kharagpur. I complained to the branch on 25.09.17 but till 26.10.17amount of rupees 10000 not reversed to my account. And the branch manager is not taking any action against my complaine.

                                    I want to inform you that my atm transection failed on 17/10/2017 at 08:00 p. M due to atm technical problem. Due to that reason transection of amount 1500 from atm failed and amount debited from my account but i didn't get amount from atm. Kindly take action and refund my amount in my account.
                                    I tried to get rs 1500 from the atm located at dav lakkar bazar shimla at 8:00 pm but transection not complete due to technical problem but amount get deducted from my account. Please check and refund my 1500 amount in my account.

Unable to process your transaction message received on atm screen but same time i have received messege on my registered mobile number. That's amounts deducted from account.
