Hello Team,

My father is senior citizen 66 year old and he is associated with UCO bank since 20+ Year and recently he was fraudulent and I am surprised bank is saying it was my father fault .He went to atm to check the his balance and by the time he reached home .Just 5-10 mins distance . He got message 25000 have been deducted from his account .Since it was bank holiday and he was not able to lodge compliant on same day and 11000 more was deducted and total fraud of 36000 have happened and he was not able to react or do any thing. Now bank is not giving him proper response and telling him it is your mistake just to wash there hand . Which is kind of ridiculous on there part. My father is having medical condition and he cannot chase the bank every single day. He has lodge FIR nearest police station .since it was not my dads Fault bank should return the should own liability and return my father money and expecting some good behavior and support from UCO bank.

Today Morning I went to Petrol pump to refill my Vehicle tank. For payment I have given my debit card and Rs.260 is deducted from my UCO account however the transaction was unsuccessful kindly check into this matter as soon as possible

This is a UPI Transaction.

Yesterday (26th june, 2021 ) i received a fraud call, and while i was on call my uco bank money was debited . my number [protected] is connected on paytm app and uco bank account was also connected to my paytm . afraud of 23000rs happened with me. i have already filed a f.i.r in police station, reported to cyber cell and also reported to paytm . i also called on uco bank toll free number telling them related to this fraud. they only suggested to file a complaint to cyber cell. today paytm people have told me that they were just the medium but the transaction was approved by my account in your bank. i would like to get this issue resolved as soon as possible. and also i would like to file a chargeback for this fraud.
kindly help me to recover my money back as soon as possible.

I withdraw money from SBI ATM and the machine got a hang and my money was deducted I have lost 1000

My wife is having s/b..A/c. With mugalisara, surat.She had opended recurring a/c with the same branch. On maturity she should get rs:-193466/- instead of that she got rs:-186666/- less by rsaa;-6800/- her r.D.A/c no:-[protected]

I placed an order on Zomato on 10th June but due to some technical issues my payment was not complete. I did the payment through UPI, 257 rupees was deducted from my account but I still not received yet the refund.
Zomato has been initiated my refund on 17th june, as they have provided me the refund reference number i.e RRN number.
KINDLY INITIATE MY REFUND, IT'S A HUMBLE REQUEST....

I tried adding money from my UCO bank account to my mobikwik wallet using net banking but the transaction failed on the UCO bank server after adding the profile/transaction password. It's been 14 days since the debit and the amount is not credited yet.

Hello, on February 2021 I lost my UCO bank debit card, as a precaution I hotlisted it. Then I reapplied for a new card thru my branch and after receiving the new card I am unable to use it. Everytime I want to use it I get an error 'transaction failed due to non enablement'. I check the features thru their app UcoMbanking Plus, everything thing is turned on. Bank employees are hopelessly failing to solve this issue, even after repeated visit and mail's still the issue is not solved. Please can someone raise it and help on this

I want withdrawn cash 2000 at sbi atm placed at mangalwar tale, satara 415002. But amount debit from account but cash not received.

This morning I did my transaction with UCOmbanking app for 15, 000/- to sbi account no... After processing it was fail but my money is debited from my uco account so I need refund/ return my money because it's not done... I have getting a message to my uco account phone no. Link for debited money I can attach screenshot photo below... And I have checking in uco transaction history but not show the transaction history for this amount... It's was show red ❌ ans fail but money is debited.. So I was worried for my money... It's not my mistake... Please help me

I have ordered the product on 1st April 2021. The price of the product is Rs.2010 and the order ID is[protected]. 10th April 2021 is the date of initiation of the refund by Amazon but still I have not received the refund and the reference number is[protected]

Today, 13/4/21 I tried to topup my CSC wallet no.[protected] with ICICI bank through net banking from my account no. [protected] with uco bank Rehabari branch (IFSC UCBA0000709). The amount debited from my account is Rs. 7602.95, but the CSC wallet was not credited. The transaction reference no. is : IBP CITRUS P[protected]-2021.
Please arrange for refund of the amount ASAP.
