    6 month ago, my transaction password was expired, hence I had to reset my transaction password. but i couldnot reset my transaction password through netbanking. Whenever i try to reset my passwords, i get below error - " Bankway Application Error".

    I have visited my branch several times for solution to this issue. They have suggested me to give written application for reset Log In Id and Transaction Passwords. They guided me that I will receive new ID & Passwords through post at my registered address. I have given written application for 3 times but I havent yet received in last 6 months.

    And I am unable to reset my passwords through net banking portal. Every time it shows the same error- Bankway Application Error. I have attached screenshot of the error.

      First time On 11 November 2020 my payment failed for ICAR Counselling portal and money duducted but registration not done then again I do registration so two times money deducted for one time Registration so please refund my first time money deducted

        Sir/mam,

        My name is subhasree Das . I have paid an amount of Rupees 1742.75 to Pharmeasy through amazon UPI ( which is connected to my UCO bank) on 23/11/2020 . Afterwards I returned a part of this order due to some personal reasons on 30/11/2020. Refund for ₹ 1658.43 was initiated on the same day i.e[protected]. But the amount still hasn't reflected in my account. Amazon sent me this REFUND REFERENCE NUMBER[protected] and told to contact customer care. I contacted UCO customer care and they told me that I have to visit my branch account. How is this possible in such a pandemic? So I implore you to kindly look into it as it is urgent for me.         Hi, sir
        My name is k pragathi.I have paid an amount of rupees 1599 for a trolley bag at Amazon use my bank card ( Uco bank) on 5/9/2021. Afterwards I returned a part of this order due to some reason on 8/9/2021.refund for rupees 1599 was initiated on the same day. But the amount still hasn’t reflected in my account.Amazon sent me this refund reference number and told to contact Uco customer care . Please solve my problem sir/madam please

          My name is Akhilesh kumar and i had ordered Euro men briefs (pack of 5) of RS 382 in amazon on 11 Nov 2020 and returned this order on 18 Nov 2020 due to wrong item And on 21 Nov 2020 Amazon initiated the amount to my bank account but i still didn't get my money.Amazon sent this reference no.[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form Uco Bank but Uco Bank didn't have such policy .So please kindly respond to this complaint.               I have honour to inform you that i have been facing huge problem due to the Accountant of this bank branch.i have been visiting this branch since 7 days for creation of new account but every time the accountant of this branch refused to give me account opening form.When i asked him why he refused to give me account opening form.he replied that after 10 A.M . They not give account opening form this is official rules .The accountant of this branch told me .when i told this matter to the branch manager of this branch .he ignoring me .Now i have a question to UCO Bank official - who give them the authority not to give account opening form after 10 A. M. I cordially request to UCO Bank official please give punishment this wicked accountant.this UCO Bank branch is situated in Town-sarthebari, Dist-Barpeta, State-Assam, pin-781307

                    While I am doing payment online through atm card, the amount is debited but the status was still pending. I made a complaint against it in the branch but the complaint get rejected, but the branch is unable to told the reason behind rejection please note the problem and help me.

                          On October 4, I tried to make a payment in the Mondal Auto Fuel Guwahati from card no ([protected]), but at that moment the transaction was declined and after a minute the amount transaction was debited from my account and till now the amount did not credit back to my account.

                              I had done the shopping at amazon.in from my sister vaishnavi kasawar's amazon account on 29 September 2020. The amount of shopping was INR[protected]+100). The order ID is[protected]. The refund is still not initiated. The reference number is #390562 has been generated on 10 October 2020. Please look into the concern soon. Bank is not responding and denying to provide transaction details on the basis of reference number provided by Amazon. On further calling, they aren't receiving the call and we are unable to contact them. This is really disappointing. Amazon has clearly mentioned that the refund has been initiated from their side. Attached are the screenshots of the mail sent by Amazon with reference number.

                                    I have purchased an item from amazon.in and the item was lost in transit, so i had to cancel my order and go for refund. I went for refund and amazon.in has also initiated the refund providing me with the reference no. Of the refund but the amount was not credited to my uco bank account till now. I also called the bank's customer care but they are simply ignoring my complaint stating that they are not handling these type of issues... What shall i do now???

                                      I bought a product from amazon. Centrum multivitamin multimineral supplement for women 250 tablets. I didn't receive the product and they process the refund on 3 september and i still haven't received the refund yet. They told me to fill a dispute form.
