Uco Bank — charge dispute "refund never processed" | |||
A amount of 380(Rs.190*2) rupees was debited from my account on 20st Feb 2017 for an amazon order (#[protected] but the transaction failed and amazon didn’t received the amount. This amount should have been credited to my UCO Bank account by now, but I have not received the refund till now. I have called the UCO Bank customer service and also emailed the UCO bank all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number no action is being taken but It has been marked as resolved by the bank and I have not got the amount credited back to my account yet. I have confirmed with amazon and they have not received the amount. kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the amount. a amount of rupess 9998.00 rupee was debited from my account on 12st june 2018 for an amazon order[protected]]. The Authorization Code (Refund Reference Number) for the transaction is[protected]. and my account no. is [protected]. but the transaction failed and amazon didn’t received the amount. This amount should have been credited to my UCO Bank account by now, but I have not received the refund till now. I have called the UCO Bank customer service and also emailed the UCO bank all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number no action is being taken but It has been marked as resolved by the bank and I have not got the amount credited back to my account yet.
