Uco Bank — chargeback

My amount is not add in my account this amount given by amazon in my account the company says transaction was done (1/31/2019) by us but amount can not be transfer in my account please take action immidetly and please dispute my money in my account

Amazon has refunded rs 1950 /- to my uco bank jhunjhunu account.. The amount has not been deposited in my account since more than one month. The uco bank customer care not helping. Branch manager of jhunjhunu uco bank has closed the complaint without resolution
