Uco Bank — complain regarding not issuing passbook and atm card by uco bank shivdashpura branch, jaipur, rajasthan.

Sir,
I am student and maintaining saving account no. [protected], in my
Name om prakash meena
I wants to issue passbook with atm card. I have deposited all my
Documents with adhar card but uco bank shivdashpura branch is not
Issuing passbook. I am visiting uco bank branch for issue passbook
And atm card. But they are not issuing passbook to me since last one
Month. I request you to interfare in the matter and arrange to issue
Passbook with atm card at earliest. Other i will complain to reserve
Bank of india.
