Uco Bank — complaint has not resolved after 45 days

I sent a amount of 1500 from phonepe to sbi account number on 20/12/18. the money credited his account and instantly reverse. and the reverse money not credited in my account so I had submitted a complaint in uco bank grievance cell on 22/02/19 about reverse money.
