Today, 13/4/21 I tried to topup my CSC wallet no.[protected] with ICICI bank through net banking from my account no. [protected] with uco bank Rehabari branch (IFSC UCBA0000709). The amount debited from my account is Rs. 7602.95, but the CSC wallet was not credited. The transaction reference no. is : IBP CITRUS P[protected]-2021. Please arrange for refund of the amount ASAP.
