Uco Bank — imps transfer issue

I just tried to transfer amount from my uco bank account to sbi account. The amount is rs.4727. I transferred to my sbi account. The amount was deducted from my uco bank but not credited to my sbi account.
I have taken screenshot of my uco bank account transfer from mobile banking. Name: dinesh g-acc no :[protected]

Problem during transition, money deducted from my account but not withdrawal after this coming message in my registred mobile number that the money has reversed to account but not show balance in my account.

I used atm machine at in the evening but the machine gave a slip that sorry for the inconvenience so took the slip and came back home but as i came home a message came on my phone that 10000 Rs was withdrawn on my atm card. How can i get my money back from the bank please guide me or help me in this way i am a student .
