UCO Bank — interest not credited from rd account

Dear sir/madam,

I'm an account holder o[censored]co bank katwa branch since last 4 years. My savings account number is: [protected]. I opened 2 rduss accounts in 2017 for one year (A/c number: [protected] and [protected]). Both accounts matured last year. But i did not get any notification from bank that the accounts got matured neither the amount got transferred to my savings account. I continued monthly deposits. Last week i checked no interest credited since last 8 months. I went to the bank and they transferred the amount to my savings account without any interest from last 8 months. I enquired about the interest but they denied to help. I already sent email to their e-banking helpline. But i did not get any positive response from them too. Now i have no clue how to retrieve the interest amount of last 8 months which is a lump sum amount. Please look into the matter.
