UCO Bank — money not received from atm but deducted from account

Please be informed that the undersigned who is account holder in your branch, has used uco bank atm in your same branch.in withdrawal option on 11th oct’17 @18:37 hrs, i have entered value rs.3000/- (Rupees three thousand only) and cash has not come out as the server showing link fail. But got sms that the money has been debited from my savings a/c.[protected]. Again i got sms that the same amount has been credtited to my a/c. But today when i checked the balance, found no credit has been done also updating the passbook, found no credit has been done.
In this circumstance, my request to credit the same amount at the earliest.
