Uco Bank — no chargeback

I was charged ₹2477 while making a transaction through phonepe app upi and the transaction was successful but the merchant bank denied the transaction on 12th of oct 9:33am which isn't a working day so it'll be reflected as 14th oct on my passbook. I want my money back. Below are the details.
