Uco Bank — pmegp loan issue

Sir/madam,
I have apply pmegpy through loan in uco bank but last 5 months not give loan uco bank. Uco bank branch manager and loan department officer always round bank by 5 months but loan is not given. I have did complaint but no responce uco bank and uco branch manager asked me "you give income tax return give me". But i did income tax return to pmegp yojana profit not used. Kindly request to sir/madam that other bank loan without income tax return through give loan so why are not give loan money bank. Uco bank branch manager said me i have not given loan and said you complaint anywhere you but not given loan. So i ask reason but bank manager not respond.
