UCO Bank — pos transaction failed amount deducted but not refund after 22 days

I am raj kumar pyne, is customer of your bidhannagar branch savings account no is [protected].

I have tried to purchase an item by my debit card on today evening. I am tried 5 times to transact but all are failed. Amount deducted from my account my last transaction amount is refunded but my first four transactions amounts are not refunded, all transaction no are given below
