[Resolved]  Uco Bank — refund amount 849 issued from amazon yet not credited in bank account

Refund rupee 849.00 issued on[protected] by amazon, yet not credited on my uco bank account no. [protected], this payment is done on my original payment mode upi address. I had contacted with uco tollfree number many time they not cooperate they said go to bank branch with reference number, after that i contact with amazon they suggest me to fill charge dispute file. Kindly please help me.
