Uco Bank — refund is not initiated

I ordered one item from amazon online shopping app. I returned that item after few days but i have not received any refund yet. But amazon executive is telling me that the deadline is already over and the deadline was 11.10.2019. As per thier advice i contacted to uco bank customer care. But the person simply deny to help me. I am not sure whether the whole process is known to him or not. He refused to help me in this regards. So it is my humble request to u to help me in this regards. I am also providing the refund reference number. Please check it and solve my issue as soon as possible. Refund reference number[protected].
