Dear team, This is to inform You that my name is Satyam kumar, I have an account in your bank with acnt no-[protected], IFSC- UCBA0002772, Branch address- NAWAGARHI, MUNGER, PIN-811211, want to say that I have input to rs 2000 withdrawn on uco bank card ([protected]) on 19-07-21, 20:23:12, at LAL KOTHI OFFSITE, BHAGALPUR, ATM ID-NFUC0000. BUT transaction was failed by atm and my amount rs 2000 was also debited and didn't credited in my acount till now.reuested you to please do the needful as soon as possible.
