Recently I had use online payment method to pay my school fees whose payment gateway is juspay as usual I pay without any problem

But yesterday my debit card amount got debited in case of failed payment pls resolve my problem

      Sir I am manish my account number is [protected], i add money in uco bank debit card 2000 rupes, but money add failed. But money cut in my account, I call uco bank costember care no. [protected], i complente my money is not add in my account, but your costember care agent disconnect my call. So sir plesese give my money in my account l. I argent send money in other person. If my money is not returned then i will get me and my all uco bank user clossed account. Thank you

        I have tried to withdraw cash from different ATMs with UCO Debit card on 03.08.2021 but transaction cannot be processed from any ATM

            Had ordered boult audio probass boost wireless Bluetooth the amount of the product was : 1299 on[protected] and which had delivered on[protected], but the (+) volume button was not working, so I request to replace the order on[protected], so they delivered me a new product and pickup the defective product on[protected], and Amazon delivered me again defective product so I request to return the product on same day[protected] Amazon give me pickup schedule, which was[protected], I give the defective product to Amazon delivery boy .

                      I am writing this letter over the issue I am facing during the fee payment of my bachelor's degree. I have taken education loan from your bank last year as it is the one of the renowned and trusted bank according to which (policy) bank is responsible for the all the academic fee payments till the completion of my degree but now when I visited the bank and ask them for the submission of my 5th semester fee, they are denying to do that just because I haven't appeared in my 4th SEM examination yet as I am the lateral entry student (LEET) and we all are also aware of the pandemic going on due to which our exams kept on postponing and also our 3rd Sem revaluation exam result is also pending just because of this pandemic no one can do anything in this and bank authorities are asking me to show up the result till 4th sem after which they will pay my academic fees, How it is possible for me as according to my college policy it is necessary to pay the next semester fee before appearing in the examination of the current or ongoing semester, I am having pressure from the College authorities to pay the fees of next semester only then I will be eligible for appearing in my 4th SEM examination . Also, during the process of education loan there was no such policy described to me.whenever i used to go to bank witj this isue they dont give any valid point . they are harrassing me and my parents.
                      I want to bring to your notice that I am undergoing severe mental anguish and embarrassment at work that continues at home as tension and stress about coming to work the next day.

                      The harassment is affecting my relationship with my family and is affecting my performance at work because I know I could concentrate better if I was not afraid of when the next jibe would come.

                      I request that you kindly take up the matter and take any necessary action.

                      So I request the bank to pay my 5th semester academic fee or kindly give me a solution or suggestion that what else can I Do to resolve this issue. I hope you will take action over this asap as my last date of fee submission and exams are quite near.

                        Myself Anubhav Gain and I had ordered a product of Rs. 12, 299 (POCO F1 (Graphite Black, 64 GB) (6 GB RAM) ) in 2gud.com ( Flipkart Refurbished website ) on ( 28/08/2020 ) & I have cancel the order cause i have found similar product in cheap price. The company said the order was refunded Rs. 12299/- to your DEBIT_CARD on Aug 28, 2020 and it will be credited by Sep 09, 2020. Flipkart initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Flipkart sent this reference number ( [protected] ).
                        I want to know the status of this refund and get it as soon as possible. I'm Attaching the information of Order they said it to me.

                            Dear sir my account in uco bank branch IFSC code UCBA0000921 account no [protected] name Jasvir Kaur I'm trying to call your customer care from last week but no one answered my call. The amount of Rs 349 was send by Amazon in my account last month but till today it is not received in my account. I'm very frustrated in this matter please take action immediately and please dispute my money in account it has been a week already kindly transfer my amount in respected account immediately.

                                    Hello Team,

                                    My father is senior citizen 66 year old and he is associated with UCO bank since 20+ Year and recently he was fraudulent and I am surprised bank is saying it was my father fault .He went to atm to check the his balance and by the time he reached home .Just 5-10 mins distance . He got message 25000 have been deducted from his account .Since it was bank holiday and he was not able to lodge compliant on same day and 11000 more was deducted and total fraud of 36000 have happened and he was not able to react or do any thing. Now bank is not giving him proper response and telling him it is your mistake just to wash there hand . Which is kind of ridiculous on there part. My father is having medical condition and he cannot chase the bank every single day. He has lodge FIR nearest police station .since it was not my dads Fault bank should return the should own liability and return my father money and expecting some good behavior and support from UCO bank.

                                    Even My father lodged FIR within 3 days of time and reached out to bank to inform them about the incident .But still they just reacting casually and giving him information you will not get the money back and starting Blame game to prove its my father fault. I am not sure whether this complaint will help him or not . But I would surely can’t rely on UCO bank anymore after this incident.
