I am filing a formal complaint against Udemy, the online learning platform, for wrongfully deactivating my student account, without evidence or clear explanation — and for falsely associating my account with a banned account I do not know.
I have spent over ₹7, 000 INR (approximately $85 USD) on various Udemy courses to invest in my learning and spiritual development. On or around [Insert date – e. g., May 25, 2025], my account was suddenly disabled without warning. When I contacted support, I received irrelevant and unclear responses. Eventually, I was told that my account was linked to a banned account — but I have no idea who that account belongs to and no connection with it whatsoever.
I want to make it clear that:
• I have never shared my account with anyone
• I have never violated any Udemy policies
• I have always used the platform ethically and honestly
Despite my repeated requests for transparency and evidence, no proof has been provided, and my account remains disabled.
