I purchased a course but it was not added to my course

I purchased a course on udemy android app. Course name is (Complete python bootcamp: go from zero to hero in python 3). The money was debited from my account. But the course was not added to my account. Whether the money was received by you? Please provide me the course or refund my money.

Complaint marked as Resolved the money was credited later in my account it was due to transaction failure, i got my money back on phonepay via google pay.

I purchased 4 courses for Rs 400 but Rs 1946 was debited from account (although receipt is Rs 400).I have supporting transaction details by bank:
Transaction remark: MIN/UDEMY ONLI/[protected]/822786
But they are not solving the issue and asking for more details .
Don't you have logs at your end, they are asking for more bank details which I think is not safe to provide them .Please refund my extra money.

I am sangeeth rajan s, on 5th june i purchased a course on udemy android app. The money was debited from my account. But the course was not added to my account. Whether the money was received by you? If the transaction was failed please initiate refund. I paid rs.565 (Inr)

transaction was not successful for "web developer course" but amount deducted from account

Good morning,
I have made a payment to an online course yesterday for rs 799 0n 21st december 2018. The course wasn’t delivered. Today that is 22nd december 2018 an amount of rs 2099 has been cut from my account with out my permission for the same course and the course is delivered. I would like to get my refund. Waiting for an explanation.

I have purchased some courses on udemy by paying using debit card,
But did not liked the courses, so returned them with in an hour, they said it is a reversal and you cant expect your payment with in 24 hours, but still 5 days completed i have not received the payment.

Sir i purchased four courses from udemy for 2560 inr on 13.06.19, but when I log in i find no record of the previous courses or the four purchased courses.

Recently i have purchased a course on udemy on machine learning and i realised that it was not suitable so i requested a refund and i have not received refund but the course is removed from my course but udemy says to contact google support but google support does not reply me after my complaint. I have purchased a couse from udemy app and money has deducted from my account but the course has not been offered to me.
I have been trying for a refund but their is no reply money has been debited from my account .

Complaint marked as Resolved I have planned to purchase a course in Udemy on June 12, 2018.But unfortunately I didn't get any information from Udemy Website regarding my purchase and Money got deducted by Times Of Money Website.So i took a quick action and filed a complaint on June 12, 2018 in Consumer Complaints Forum.Within 3 days i got my Money Back (i.e) on June 15, 2018 they refunded my amount. But i am still stuck with this question. Why my money got deducted by Times Of Money while i am purchasing the course in Udemy? Anyway...Thanks for the steps taken regarding my complaint and also for refunding money.
