Amount deducted but course not added, I hade made payment of Rs. 385) still not got enrolled. From bank I have got the message of amount being debited but on udemy site it is showing that payment is pending....

I have taken a course on udemy and paid via paytm upi services.
It shows successful payment on paytm but the course is not visible on my udemy account. I want to request for a refund or fix my issue....

I had 7 courses on Udemy.com website and they all are banned on 15th December 2021.

I tried contacting Udemy support email and chat support many times to no avail.

Kindly help me find out the reason for getting banned.
