Respected Authority,
I am filing this complaint against Udemy (www.udemy.com) for unfair business practices. I purchased a course from Udemy, and after partially completing it, the course was removed from my account without any notice.
Details of the Issue:
I paid for the course in advance, yet my access was revoked.
No valid reason or notification was given for the removal.
Udemy’s customer support is unhelpful, only sending automated responses.
Despite multiple attempts, my issue remains unresolved.
My Demand:
Immediate restoration of my purchased course OR
A full refund of my payment.
I[censored]demy fails to act, I will be left with no choice but to pursue legal action for fraud and misrepresentation. I am also considering a bank chargeback to recover my funds.
I request the concerned authority to take strict action against Udemy for misleading consumers and failing to provide proper support.
Attached: Payment proof and email conversation with Udemy.
I expect a swift resolution, failing which I will escalate this matter further.
